The RefundQuoteRQ transaction is used to get a quotation for refunding a flight ticket from a ticket change automation tool such as Amadeus ATC. Only unused coupons will be considered, resulting in a partial or a full refund. The resulting refund type can be determined by checking /RefundQuoteRS/RefundType. The transaction can also be used to get a refund quote for a low-cost booking which will result in refunding the whole booking covering all travellers.

Usually the amount will be refunded to the original FormOfPayment. Some providers require to specify the FormOfPayment to which the amount should be refunded (e.g. Eurowings).
