Introduction
The Minimum Connection Time transaction is a stateless structured data transaction.
This message provides the Minimum Connection Time for a given CityCode.
It allows the client to specify particular inbound or outbound exception information in the request which, if supported by the GDS, will result in a more exact match message response.
