The EMDRefund transaction has the purpose to refund the value of an EMD to the customer. This can be a partial or a full refund. Only unused coupons can and will be refunded.

The EMD to refund is specified by its 13 digit EMD number. If the EMD specified is part of a conjunctive set, all EMDs and unused coupons belonging to the set are refunded.

In addition to the EMD number, the record locator of the PNR the EMD was issued for must be provided.
